We offer FREE pre-sales and after-sales technical support. If, for any reason, you need advice or support on any of our MP3 hardware products, please do not hesitate to contact our technical support team by clicking HERE

If you have purchased from us, and are having problems with setting up your MP3 player or believe it may be faulty, please include your order or invoice number in the email as well as full details about the fault. Also include details on your computer, operating system, BIOS type and version and any peripheral devices you may have attached (such as printers or scanners). Make sure you list, with as much detail as possible, all steps you are taking in order to install your MP3 player and include details of all error messages you may encounter.

The above will enable us to have sufficient information in order to provide you with better support and will speed up the response process.

If the problem cannot be easily resolved, and requires the attention of the manufacturer, we will contact them ourselves. In this case there may be a slightly longer delay in our response to you, as not all manufacturers have the same response time, so please be patient. However, we will inform you if this is the case and we will keep you up to date on the progress.

We require written communications to deal with your specific problem and in order to provide you with more efficient support. Please note that this is a free technical support service.

Manufacturers Warranty

Products sold on our website usually come with a one-year manufacturer warranty (from date of original purchase) in the event of defects in materials or workmanship. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase may be required before warranty service is rendered. The warranty manufacturers provide usually only cover failures that due to defects in materials or workmanship which occur during normal use. This warranty does not cover damage or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, improper maintenance, improper voltage supply, interference from or with other electronic devices, alteration, maladjustment of customer controls, modification, acts of nature i.e. earthquakes etc, service by anyone other than the respective manufacturer's service centre.

We would advise every customer to check the warranty documentation provided with each item and supplied by each individual manufacturer as warranty terms may differ occasionally.

In any case, if the above is reason for concern, you may contact us prior to making any purchase and we will provide you with the respective information.
